Returns/Exchanges 

We want you to love your belongings as much as we do! We will gladly exchange items that arrive incorrect or damaged at no additional cost to you.

For clothing/bedding/accessories, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

As our items are made custom to your order, any wall art returns/exchanges will be accepted for store credit only, if you contact us within 30 days of item delivery.

Please contact us first at Support@ErdauDesigns.com if you want to return an item. Returns without prior authorization and sent to the wrong return shipping address will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our end (incorrect or damaged goods).
